Shipping/Returns

FREE SHIPPING available on all Domestic Orders is always USPS or UPS! You must Choose UPS at checkout to be guaranteed their service. Shipping times are in business days (not weekends)

We ship using USPS, UPS and DHL Express International out of Chattanooga, Tn. Below is a UPS Ground Delivery Estimate Map. For USPS it is essentially the same unless priority is selected in which case it is normally 2-3 business days. These times are never a guarantee with shipping couriers. Mistakes get made with shipping companies.

We do not control shipping times or couriers so if you choose a shipping method and do not get in the time frame, don’t ask for a refund on shipping. We do not refund shipping charges!

Holiday Shipping

Please allow for delays during the holidays as these times can be extended due to shipping traffic. If you need a package guaranteed by a certain day then be sure and choose UPS as they are more reliable in this situation. Shipping times are business days not weekends.

 

Delivery Times are not set in stone unless you choose UPS Next day air or 2nd Day air. These are business days only. If you need a Saturday deliver via UPS please contact us for pricing.

USPS

USPS shipments are never guaranteed by a certain day. So if you choose Priority 2-3 day then most of the time you will get it in that amt of time. Free shipping is usually within 5 days of your order and most of the time 2-3 days.

However, things happen and shipments get delayed or mistakes get made by the Postal Service so we do not guarantee delivery times for any USPS shipment.

UPS is the most reliable shipping option. So a next day air or 2nd day air will get there 95% of the time. It costs extra but  you get what you pay for.

UPS next day air orders shipped on Friday will not be delivered til monday. If you want Saturday delivery you have to contact us first so we can give you a price. That option is much more expensive.

EKNIVES ships to anywhere in the United States. We offer via various shipping methods and couriers. We will ship the cheapest route possible unless otherwise noted from buyer.

  • To see shipping options available for your order simply “add to cart” then proceed to checkout and enter shipping information. You will then see shipping options.
  • If you need an order by a specific day please email or call/text first. 
  • Most orders ship same day but contact me first to be certain

International Shipping

  • International Orders must be paid via verified Paypal Acct. Choose “Paypal Invoice Request” option on the checkout page. 
  • International orders ship DHL or USPS.

Once International orders leave the United States EKNIVES is not responsible for customs or seizures in your Country. That means we issue No Refunds for lost/Missing packages. You also are responsible for knowing the laws/Customs in your Country and must be of legal age to purchase.

Returns

You may return an item purchased from EKNIVES for a refund but you must notify us within 5 days from the date of delivery.

  • All items must be returned in the same condition as they were received. This means if you carry a knife or cut stuff with it, or put any wear or handling marks on the item, it is yours.
  •  All returns must come in original packaging, if anything is missing we will send it back to you.
  • Please contact us prior to return to obtain an RA number for return shipping.

All Returns are subject to a 10% restock fee unless exchanging for equal or greater value

  • Please understand EKNIVES is a small business, we are not Zappos! Returns cost us money in credit card fees, labor, etc. Not to mention, it is tying up gear that could have been sold instead of being shipped back and forth.

It is the customers responsibility to pay for all shipping related fees for returns (We do not refund any shipping charges unless we make a mistake on the order, in which case we will provide a prepaid return label). If you decide to return an item or want to exchange, you will have to pay for the shipping back to us and the shipping of the exchanged item.

  • All Returns will be assessed a 10% restocking fee less purchase price
  • Returns for store credit will not be assessed a restock fee
  • An RA number must be obtained before any returns
  • Returns must be received 14 days from the date you were issued an RA number. Returns received past that time period will be charged a handling fee.
