The Spyderco Para-Military 2 is a more compact version of the original Military model with all the same performance and durability from Spyderco. The stainless steel liners incorporated into the always reliable narrowed G-10 handles with flush mounted screws help with knife ergonomics. It features a CPM-S45VN black stainless DLC coated plain blade with a patented Spyderco 14mm thumb hole pull. The Spyderco Paramilitary 2 features a nested Compression-Lock locking mechanism, one of the strongest ever tested which allows the knife to be closed with no hands in the path of the blade. The stainless steel blade has a 3" cutting edge and 4 position low ride pocket clip for deep carry and excellent EDC use.

This is a wonderful EDC folder and the combination of the black DLC blade with the camo G-10 handle just looks great together. The build quality of this knife is what I've come to expect from Spyderco. The blade came very sharp and perfectly centered, and the compression lock found on this knife is quickly becoming my favorite. As impressive as the knife is, my shopping experience with eknives might be even better. I ordered this knife at 2:00 A.M. on a Thursday and by 11:00 A.M. that same day I received notification that the knife had shipped. Two days later, on Saturday, the knife was in my hands. I had never ordered from eknives before and, although I could have found the knife for a slightly cheaper price elsewhere, this type of service has value to me. I will not hesitate to order from them again and this experience has left me wondering "eknives, where have you been all my life!"
