This is a brand new 2018 Cypher that I never let go because there are some anodizing blemishes on the handle. You can see a few splotches on the handle in some pics. The blade is perfect and these are discontinued so if you can get past the splotches which are not very noticeable unless you take it outside look close then now is your chance to grab a cypher discounted.
